With 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Raphaël Brien is a dynamic and versatile entrepreneur who provides quality service to his clients. He is a skilled communicator who knows how to build relationships between the various partners and suppliers involved in your projects. His vision is to offer you the technical and communication support you need to better adapt to changes that could arise during production.
With your projects at heart, Raphaël Brien and his team will guide you through the production process while remaining faithful to your original concept, despite budgetary and time constraints.

With 13 years of experience in operations management, Nicolas is a major asset in the execution of large-scale projects. You’ll find him guiding his teams out on the field, ensuring that everything is delivered on time!
His specialty? Crisis management! Last minute projects don’t scare him – they motivate him!

Operations Coordinator
Everyone knows that behind every great director there is an even greater coordinator. With Alexandra, you can rest assured that the logistics of your project will be perfectly organized! Our big-hearted globe-trotter takes care of every little detail and mostly, every person who’s working on the project. She is the go-to person when Nicolas is on an urgent mission and the ultimate expert of the “all other related tasks”. Her experience in event management means she’s always one step ahead!
You will find her on the field alongside her team, guiding them with a big smile, because that’s where she is happiest!

He's the most Quebecois Portuguese guy you'll ever meet! With over 20 years of experience in theaters, festivals and production companies around the world, Tiago is THE go-to guy when it comes to rigging.
But that’s not all! This jack-of-all-trades is also a master of display! Entrust him with your banners, vinyls or V-shaped projects, and he’ll bring them to life with flying colors!

DANIEL
We’d think he’s the one who painted the Sixtine Chapel! Daniel’s sharpness of execution and good humor have been impressing us for the past 8 years. This multi-talented man has a keen eye, his vinyl installation is impeccable, his wood cutting is exceptional and his kindness is endless.
MARC
He’s the leader who can touch the stars! If you’re looking for Marc, you’ll have to look up. Always perched in a basket or on a ladder, Marc is an expert in acrobatic rigging. After 30 years touring the world with various companies, he’s doing us the honor of working with us and sharing all his precious knowledge.
MATIS
His biggest strength, it’s his actual strength. Don’t let his younger age fool you, you might be surprised at how easily he can solve any problem. He’s the scaffolding specialist, but he’s best known for his interpersonal skills and his ability to listen to the clients.
THOMAS
The quiet strength of the team, and his motto is that the devil hides in the details. Renowned as Multitaks Thomas, he is a network interconnection professional with a knack for carpentry. He always analyzes the situation to take the right action and makes sure that he delivers a 100% complete project.
TIM
As team leader for machine operators, one wonders if he wasn’t born behind the wheel. So much so that he became an in-house trainer for heavy machinery and lifting equipment at Raphaël Brien Inc. There is no material handling project that is beyond his capabilities.
ALAN
Alan is always ready to take on any challenges, which is consistently overcomes with brio. His precision and patience make him an outstanding role model for the younger members of the team, whom he trains by the book.
He can work at height or on the ground, in hot or cold weather and still with a big smile that inspires us all.

Team leader but not only! Kris is our one-in-a-million gem, who has more than one Wescott to his bow. Not only he aces all his projects, but he drives all around the province to deliver everything that matters for your projects. Best part? He ALWAYS has a smile on his face!

Domenico is the person you need on your team! Whether you have a complete vision or just a few ideas, he can carry any project to perfection. This born innovator is deeply committed to client satisfaction. He is in charge of the cinema’s sector, you’ve probably already seen some realisations he worked on. When he’s not on his skates coaching teenagers in Ste Rose, Domenico is on the road to meet you. He would be more than happy to discuss your goals with you.

David is our go-to guy when it comes to fabric, vinyl and mesh. This needlework master can complete extravagant projects in no time. He is also our specialist in welding on vinyl and precision cutting. His meticulousness and speed of execution make him a precious asset to our team.

Our very own Ahmed is the one who finds all our gems who work on the field! We would be nothing without him and mostly, people would be late. This information master knows the industry like the back of his hand, as well as all the issues related to the field. He knows who is right for each project and works hard to ensure that every position is filled.

Emilie rhymes with meticulously! This organizational gem is always on the lookout for the slightest change in schedule. With her many years of experience in the field, she is a perfect asset to Ahmed, and together they save our world time and time again! She is not afraid to deal with last-minute surprises, and everything always ends well.

Director of Finance, or in other words, our guardian of numbers. Priscilla is one of the pillars of our company. She manages our cash flow with an iron fist – nothing gets past her! She works hard to keep us happy and helps us stay focused.
KAROLANE
Administrative assistant
Karolane handles the administrative management of our entire team, she’s very precious to us! Dynamic and proactive, she makes sure everything runs smoothly. Alongside Priscilla, they are the perfect duo to keep all the administrative and financial sides of the business running like clockwork.
